Our Recreational Classes offer gymnastics instruction to girls and boys of all ages. Over twenty classes are offered five days a week: morning, afternoons and evenings. The recreational coaches share a common love of gymnastics and the desire to help children learn and achieve their goals.
Shooting Stars ages 3-4: These are independent classes for children 3-4 years old. Shooting stars classes are designed to increase a child’s feeling of independence and confidence while increasing balance, coordination and core strength, all of which are necessary skills to being successful in school. Basic gymnastics skills on all events will be taught to prepare students for the general gymnastics’ classes. This class is 45 minutes once a week and is $70.00 a month.
Super Stars ages 5-6: Super Stars will be taught basic gymnastics skills on Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and the Floor Exercise as well as Trampoline/Tumble Track. While these classes can prepare the gymnasts for the team program gymnast do not have to progress to the competitive team program. This class is 45 minutes once a week and is $75.00 a month.
Rising Stars ages 7 and up: children 7 years and up with no or very little experience. They will learn cartwheels, forward & backward rolls, donkey kicks, and bridges are some of the fun, basic gymnastics skills that your child will learn. Skills on the bars, beam, and vault will also be introduced. Your child will learn a variety of developmentally appropriate gymnastics skills in a safe, kid-friendly, environment. Classes meet for 60 minutes each week and is $85.00 a month.
Shining Stars (invitational only class): Young gymnasts will work on slightly more advanced skills. A cartwheel, backward roll, a bridge with straight arms, and a pullover on the bar are skills that are required before joining Pre-competition team. You can only be chosen by a coach to register for this class.
NINJA WARRIOR TRAINING CLASSES, for Ages 3-12, build personal confidence, courage and athletic EXCELLENCE, while encouraging “Out of the box thinking” and enhanced decision making. Western Stars Warrior program combines Intelligence, Education, Teamwork, and Athletics in one exciting program!
Utilizing a large variety of fun games, challenging obstacle courses and unique equipment, we bring out the best in each and every student and create well rounded ATHLETES. Price depending on age of classes.
