Hi friends! I’m Coach Brooke and I can’t wait to share a little about me!
I’ve been in the gymnastics world for 12 years as a gymnast, and now I get the privilege to coach so exciting! I’m proud to say I became a State Champion, and fun fact at just 8 years old I was even scouted for the Olympics (tiny but mighty One of my absolute favorite memories was getting the chance to compete out of state in Arizona, which was such an unforgettable adventure!
These days, you’ll find me working at the Williston ARC Child Sitting and at Western Stars Gymnastics, while stepping into my very first official season of coaching gymnastics. I’m so excited to help our athletes not just level up their skills, but also build confidence, discipline, and a true love for the sport.
When I’m not flipping around the gym, you’ll usually find me at the ARC, getting in a good workout, or spending time with my family (my favorite teammates of all). I have a true passion for gymnastics, hunting, camping, and being in the mountains!
I’m beyond grateful for this opportunity, and I can’t wait to cheer, clap, and cartwheel alongside our athletes as they crush their goals
Kayla grew up in Evanston, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, and moved to Williston 12 years ago. She was active in recreational gymnastics growing up and went on to compete in high school. For the past 13 years, Kayla has worked as a physical therapist, specializing in pediatrics at Dakota Littles and Infant Development.
She first got involved at the gym last year when her daughter started gymnastics, and she quickly found herself loving the community and family atmosphere. Outside of the gym, Kayla enjoys traveling, paddleboarding, hiking, trying new foods, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs. She also loves being a mom, making memories with her daughter, and—on occasion—breaking out into random dance parties!
